Processing Times
All orders are processed and dispatched within 14 business days as they are ordered in small batches from Lithuania.
As a small business, there may occasionally be short delays during busy periods, but I will always notify you if so.
Shipping Options
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. I offer:

Customs & Import Duties
For international customers:

Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact me and I’ll help investigate.
Please note:

I am not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes, customs, or courier issues.

If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout, I cannot replace or refund lost parcels.

All tablecloths are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Returns
If you would like to return an item, please contact me at [your email] within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return:

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

Items must be returned with all original packaging

Custom or personalised items (if applicable) are non-refundable
Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will confirm whether your refund has been approved.
Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.
I am unable to refund:

Items returned used, washed, or damaged

Faulty or Damaged Items

You can choose a replacement, repair, or refund.
