Delivery & Shipping Policy

 

Processing Times

All orders are processed and dispatched within 14 business days as they are ordered in small batches from Lithuania.
As a small business, there may occasionally be short delays during busy periods, but I will always notify you if so.

Shipping Options

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. I offer:

  • UK Shipping: Royal Mail / Courier (2–5 business days)

Customs & Import Duties

For international customers:

  • Customs fees, import taxes, and duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • I cannot predict or control these charges.

Delivery Issues

If your parcel is delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact me and I’ll help investigate.

Please note:

  • I am not responsible for delays caused by postal strikes, customs, or courier issues.

  • If an incorrect delivery address is entered at checkout, I cannot replace or refund lost parcels.

Packaging

All tablecloths are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely and beautifully presented.

Refund & Returns Policy

 

Thank you for shopping with Bobble Designs. I want you to love your purchase, and I’m here to help if something isn’t quite right.

Returns

If you would like to return an item, please contact me at [your email] within 30 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition

  • Items must be returned with all original packaging

  • Custom or personalised items (if applicable) are non-refundable

Once I receive and inspect the returned item, I will confirm whether your refund has been approved.

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to complete the refund.

I am unable to refund:

  • Items returned used, washed, or damaged

  • Returns requested after 30 days

  • Custom or personalised orders (unless faulty)

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange an item, please email [your email].
Exchanges are treated like a return + new purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 7 days with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photos of the product and packaging

You can choose a replacement, repair, or refund.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is unwanted, the customer pays return postage.

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, I will cover the return shipping cost or provide a pre-paid label.
